Payments and refunds
The only thing you pay TrimBrim for is promoting an offer.
Listing your shop, counting chairs, bookings, visits and writing offers are free. You pay only to promote an offer, so people near you see it.
Paying
Payments go through Razorpay: UPI, cards and the other ways it offers. The price is worked out by TrimBrim from the pack you pick. You never type an amount.
If a payment does not go through
If money left your account but the offer still says Payment pending, wait a few minutes: the payment is matched by itself.
On the website
Still pending after an hour? Report a problem under Help, kind Payment or refund, and tell us when you paid.
In the app
Still pending after an hour? Go to More → Help & support → Report a problem, pick Payment or refund, and tell us when you paid.
Refunds
If TrimBrim takes a promoted offer down, the payment is refunded. The refund goes back the way you paid.
