See your customers
Everyone who has sat in your chairs, how often they come, and what they usually have.
Customers lists everyone whose visit has a name or a number. Nobody is added by hand: fill in visits, and the list builds itself.
What you see
On the website
- Visits — how many times they have come.
- Last in — how long ago they last came.
- Usually has — what they ask for most.
- Spent — what they spent with you, when visits had prices. Barbers do not see this.
Tap somebody to see their recent visits and their usual. On TrimBrim means they have the app, so an offer or a reminder can reach them.
Tip Look at Last in to find the regulars you have not seen for a while. Then send them a reminder from Reach customers.
In the app
Go to the Customers tab. Each row shows their number, the day they last came, what they have most, how many visits, and what they spent with you. Barbers do not see what was spent.
Sort the list by Recent, Most visits, Top spend or A–Z, or search by name or number.
Tap somebody to see their Visits, Last visit, their Recent visits and Everything they have had here. Has the app means an offer or a reminder can reach them.
Tip Sort by Recent and scroll down to find the regulars you have not seen for a while. Then tap Remind at the top of Customers.
