Add a barber or a manager
Each person signs in on their own phone, and sees what their role allows.
Add the people who work at your shop so they can run the chairs from their own phone.
Add somebody
On the website
- Go to Team and tap Add barber.
- Enter their name and email.
- Pick their role: Barber or Manager.
- Save.
In the app
- Go to More → Staff and tap Add.
- Enter their Name and Email (for the app).
- Pick their Role: Barber or Manager.
- Tap Add barber or Add manager.
Barber or manager
- Barber — chairs and visits. Does not see money, offers or settings.
- Manager — everything at this shop, money too.
When they join
If that email already has a TrimBrim account, they are added at once. If not, they are emailed a code and join when they use it.
On the website
Until then they show as Invited · has not joined yet, and you can send the invite again.
In the app
Until then they show as invited, not joined yet, and you can tap Resend invite. In the app, they tap Join a shop on the sign-in screen and enter the code.
Remove somebody
On the website
Open them on Team and tap Remove. They lose access to your shop at once.
In the app
On More → Staff, tap Edit next to them and tap Remove from team. They lose access to your shop at once.
Tip Only the owner adds managers or takes the shop off TrimBrim.
