Cancel a booking and the booking rules
How to cancel, what counts as a late cancel, and when booking is paused.
Cancel a booking
- Open the Bookings tab.
- Under Upcoming, tap the booking to open it.
- Tap Cancel, then Cancel booking.
The shop is told and the slot goes to somebody else.
Want a different time at the same shop? Open Book slot again and tap Cancel it and pick another time.
Cancel in time
Cancelling is free until 1 hour before the time. If the shop has already confirmed your booking and you cancel later than that, it counts as a late cancel. A request the shop has not accepted yet is never a late cancel.
If you don't come
The shop can mark a confirmed booking as missed once its time has passed. You are told, and it shows as Missed in your History.
Strikes and the pause
A missed booking or a late cancel is a strike. 3 strikes in 30 days pause booking for 7 days. It opens again by itself.
While booking is paused, Book slot shows Booking is paused and the date it opens again. You can still walk in.
Daily limits
- Up to 3 cancellations a day.
- Up to 2 cancellations at one shop in a day.
After that you can book again tomorrow.
