How offers work
Where to find offers, what Promoted means, and how to use one at the shop.
An offer is a shop telling you about a deal, like money off a haircut until Sunday. There is no code and nothing to redeem in the app. You read it, walk in, and the shop honours it at the counter.
Where to find them
- Home — Offers near you. Tap See all for the full list.
- The Offers tab — Top offers near you at the top, then More offers.
- A shop's page — the Offers tab, when the shop is running one.
The Offers tab needs your location. Each offer reaches a set distance around its shop, so you see the offers whose reach includes where you are.
What a card tells you
- The deal itself and the shop it is at. The shop's Offers tab also says which services it is on, or On the whole menu.
- How far the shop is, and whether a chair is free there now.
- When it ends: Ends today, Ends tomorrow or Valid till a date.
Promoted
Every offer in the app has been paid for by its shop to reach people, and each one is labelled Promoted. The top cards take turns between shops, so it is not always the same shop at the top.
Use an offer
- Tap the offer to open the shop.
- Walk in and mention the offer at the counter.
If the shop takes bookings, tap Book with this offer on its Offers tab. The booking shows the offer as Applied at the shop. If the offer is on a particular service, the app asks you to add it first.
Tip An offer can end or be switched off by the shop. If it has gone, it is no longer on the shop's page.
