Read your numbers
Customers a day and your top services, over 7, 30 or 90 days.
Analytics shows how the shop is doing. It is for the owner and managers; barbers do not see it.
On the website
- Customers a day — every + on Chairs, day by day.
- Top services — what people have most, from the services on each visit. A visit with no services adds nothing here, so fill visits in.
Pick 7 days, 30 days or 90 days at the top.
The Dashboard has the short version: customers, takings, new and returning, how many visits have details, and what needs you today.
In the app
Go to More → Analytics.
- Customers — how many came, with a chart day by day.
- Takings and With details — what came in, and how many visits have details.
- Top services — what people have most, from the services on each visit. A visit with no services adds nothing here, so fill visits in.
- Who came — how many were new and how many came back.
Tap the time period at the top to pick 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days, or Custom dates.
The Dashboard tab has the short version for today: whether you are open, your chairs, today's bookings, and today's cuts and takings.
