Set your hours, chairs and shop page
What customers see about your shop, and when.
On the website
Everything about your shop is in Shop settings, in tabs.
Shop page
What customers see when they open your shop: the name, a line or two About you, the address, the shop phone and Instagram, and your photos. Make cover picks the photo shown first.
The map pin is moved in the app, standing in the shop, so it lands on the right spot.
Take the shop off the map is not the nightly switch: customers stop seeing you until you list it again. To close for the night, use Closed on Chairs.
Opening hours
For each day: open and close times, a break if you take one, or Closed all day. Customers see your hours. The live Open switch on Chairs is what they see right now.
Chairs & team
- Chairs — how many customers can sit at once. Customers see it as "2 of 4 chairs free".
- Who is cutting today — which barbers are working.
Bookings
Whether you take bookings, the minimum notice, and the last booking before closing.
In the app
Everything about your shop is under More.
Shop settings
Go to More → Shop settings. This is what customers see when they open your shop: the shop name and type, the Shop phone, Instagram, a line or two About you, the address, and Photos of the shop. Tap a photo and tap Make cover to pick the one shown first. Tap Save changes when you are done.
Under Where you are, move the map pin onto the shop. Standing in the shop, tap I'm at the shop so it lands on the right spot.

Opening hours
Go to More → Shop settings → Opening hours. For each day: switch it Open or Closed, set when it opens and closes, and turn on Afternoon break if you take one. Tap Save hours. Customers see your hours. The live Open switch on the Dashboard is what they see right now.
Availability
Go to More → Availability:
- Chairs — how many customers can sit at once. Customers see it as "2 of 4 chairs free". Tap Save chairs.
- Who is cutting — tap Break or Back next to a barber.
Booking settings
Go to More → Booking settings: whether you take bookings, the minimum notice, and the last booking before closing.
Tip Change the number of chairs when you add or remove one. If you lower it while chairs are full, the busy count comes down with it.
