Write an offer and promote it
Writing an offer is free. Customers see it while it is promoted.
An offer is an advertisement: customers read it, walk in and you honour it at the counter. There is no code to redeem.
Write the offer
On the website
- Go to Offers and tap New offer.
- Write what it is, for example "20% off every haircut on Tuesdays".
- Pick the discount and the services it is on.
- Add when it runs. No end date is fine.
- Save.
To pause an offer without deleting it, open it and switch Offer is on off.
In the app
- Go to More → Offers & promotions and tap New.
- Pick the discount: a percentage or an amount off.
- Pick the services it is on, or Whole menu.
- Check the Title. TrimBrim writes it from your deal; change it if you like. Add a line under Anything to add? if you want.
- Tap Save offer.
There are no dates to set in the app: a promoted offer runs for the days of the pack you pick.
To pause an offer without deleting it, tap it, tap Edit offer and switch Offer is on off.
Promote it
An offer that is not promoted reaches nobody.
On the website
It says Not promoted · customers do not see it.
- On Offers, tap Promote next to the offer.
- Pick a pack: each says how many days it runs and how far it reaches. Custom lets you choose the days and the distance.
- Pay. The offer goes live as soon as the payment is through. No waiting for approval.
Left the payment half way? The offer shows Pay now — tap it to finish.
While it runs, the offer says how many days are left. Report shows how many people saw it and opened it.
Tip If the payment does not show at once, wait a minute. "Waiting for the payment" turns into Promoted by itself.
In the app
It says Not promoted.
- Right after saving, tap Promote now. Or, on Offers & promotions, tap the offer and tap Promote this offer.
- Pick a pack: each says how many days it runs and how far it reaches. Custom is only on the website, at owner.trimbrim.com.
- Pay. The offer goes live as soon as the payment is through. No waiting for approval.
Left the payment half way? The offer shows Payment pending · not showing yet and a Pay now button — tap it to finish.
While it runs, the offer says how many days are left, and how many times it was shown, opened and called. Tap it and tap Promotion report for the full numbers.
If you do not see Promote this offer, update the app, or promote the offer on the website.
