Count who is in your chairs
Tap + when somebody sits and − when they get up. This is what customers see.
Customers on TrimBrim see how many of your chairs are free right now. Keep the count right and they walk in when you have room.
The shop has to be open first — see Open and close your shop.
When somebody sits down
On the website
- Go to Chairs.
- Tap Customer sat down. One chair fills, and a visit starts for them.
You never have to type anything to tap +. Add their name and what they had during the cut, or later, from Visits.
In the app
- Go to the Seats tab.
- Tap Customer sat down. One chair fills, and a visit starts for them.
You never have to type anything to tap +. To add their name and what they had, tap their chair under In the chair during the cut.
When somebody gets up
On the website
Tap Customer left. One chair is free again.
In the app
Tap Customer left. One chair is free again. Or tap Done on that person's chair under In the chair.
Count wrong? Tap All free or All full under the buttons to set it in one tap.
The line
On the website
If people are waiting, tap Joined the line when one arrives and Left the line if one goes. When somebody from the line sits down, + takes them off the line by itself.
In the app
If people are waiting, tap One joined the line when one arrives and One left the line if one goes. When somebody from the line sits down, + takes them off the line by itself.
Tip Two of you at the counter can tap at the same time. Every tap counts.
How many chairs you have
On the website
The number of chairs is in Shop settings → Chairs & team → Chairs. Customers see it as "2 of 4 chairs free".
In the app
The number of chairs is in More → Availability → Chairs. Change it and tap Save chairs. Customers see it as "2 of 4 chairs free".
