Start here: TrimBrim for Shops

On the website

1. Go to owner.trimbrim.com.
2. Sign in with the email and password you use in the app, or tap Sign in with an email code instead and we email you a code.
3. Forgot the password? Tap Forgot password? and we email you a code. The new password works in the app too.

In the app

1. Open the TrimBrim app.
2. Sign in with your email and password, or tap Continue with Google.
3. Forgot the password? Tap Forgot password? and we email you a code. The new password works on the website too.
4. A barber whose shop sent them an invite code taps Join a shop.

On the website

• Chairs — tap + when somebody sits and − when they get up. This is what customers see.
• Visits — every + is a visit. Add who it was and what they had.
• Bookings — slots customers ask for. You accept or reject.
• Customers — everyone who has sat in your chairs.
• Offers and Reach customers — bring people in.
• Analytics, Services, Team and Shop settings — run the shop.
• Help — these guides, and Report a problem when something is not right.

Tip Have more than one shop? Pick the one you are working on from the switcher at the top.

In the app

The tabs at the bottom are Dashboard, Seats, Bookings, Customers and More.

• Dashboard — the Open and Closed switch, your chairs, today's bookings and today's numbers.
• Seats — tap Customer sat down when somebody sits and Customer left when they get up. This is what customers see. Tap a chair to add who it is and what they had.
• Bookings — slots customers ask for. You accept or reject.
• Customers — everyone who has sat in your chairs, and Remind to bring them back.
• More — your shop, Services & pricing, Offers & promotions, Reviews, Analytics, Staff, Booking settings, Availability, Shop settings, and Help & support.

Tip Have more than one shop? Tap the shop's name at the top of the Dashboard to switch.
