Rate a shop you visited
Who can rate a shop, how to do it, and where to read reviews.
Only after a visit
You can rate a shop once you have had a cut there. A rating is only accepted from somebody with a finished visit at that shop, so the stars you see come from people who have actually sat in its chairs.
The visit is recorded by the shop when you sit down. For it to reach your account, the shop needs to know you by your phone number. Add yours under Profile → Phone. See Your phone number and visit history.
Rate a visit
- Open the Bookings tab and tap History.
- Find the visit and tap Rate this visit.
- Tap the stars, from Poor to Excellent.
- Add a few words in Anything to add? (optional) if you like.
- Tap Submit rating.
The visit then shows You rated with your stars. Each person counts once for a shop, so a regular cannot outvote everybody else.
The shop is told when you rate it.
Read reviews
On a shop's page, tap the rating and reviews pill under its name to see every review. A shop nobody has rated yet shows New on its card instead of a score.
Tip Don't see Rate this visit? The visit may still be open, or you have rated that shop already.
