Your phone number and visit history

Why your phone number matters, how to add it, and where your visits show up.

Why add your number

When you sit down at a shop, the barber may note your visit with your phone number. TrimBrim matches that number to your account. That is how:

  • the visit shows up in your history,
  • you can rate the shop afterwards,
  • the shop's offers and reminders can reach you.

Without a number on your account, the shop remembers your visit, but it cannot reach you, and the visit does not reach your history.

Add or change it

  1. Go to Profile. Under Account, tap Phone. It says Not added if you have none.
  2. Pick your country's dialling code and type the number.
  3. Tap Save number, or Update number if you are changing it.

When you save it, any visits a shop already recorded under that number are linked to your account. You may also have added it on About you when you signed up.

Tip Give the shop the same number you saved in the app.

Your visit history

Open the Bookings tab and tap History. Every visit shows up there, with the shop, the date and what you had.

  • In the chair — you are sitting down right now.
  • Rate this visit — a finished visit you have not rated yet. See Rate a shop you visited.
  • You rated — your stars for that shop.

Tap a visit to open that shop again.

What a shop sees

A shop sees only the visits it recorded itself, with your name and number as its barber typed them. It does not see your other visits, your saved shops or your location.
